MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Hi, I’m Nazaret (nah-sah-REHT).

I’m a first-generation Mexicana with a BA in Psychology and an MA in Counseling. My academic path taught me how people learn, grow, and build confidence. At the same time, I discovered how much art and language can transform the way we connect with ourselves and others.

I’m also a self-taught artist. Painting became both a personal practice and a way to inspire others, especially beginners who might feel nervous about trying something new. Over the years, I’ve blended my background in psychology, my love of teaching, and my passion for creativity into classes that are approachable, encouraging, and designed for real growth.

Today I teach:

• Art classes for adults: Beginner-friendly, step by step watercolor sessions that help you complete a project in every class.

• Language classes for all ages: Spanish and English lessons that focus on communication, confidence, and culture.

For me, art and language are both creative tools. They give us new ways to express ourselves, solve problems, and connect with the world. That’s the heart of Vivir Creatividad — living a creative life that inspires learning and joy every day.

Do you teach any live or pre-recorded classes?

I don’t have pre-recorded classes yet for purchase. However, I now offer virtual adult one on one private art class, drop in anytime group classes, and corporate or special event group classes. I also teach kids on a site called Outschool and teach live virtual classes.
