How was the ultrasound keepsake born? (Pun intended)
A few years ago I wanted to create something special for a friend who was having a baby. I knew she would be getting the basics for the baby, but I wanted to give her and her partner something more personalized.
I decided to put my skills to work. I was able to get her baby’s ultrasound and I created a replica of her baby's ultrasound. It was the best feeling to be able to create something so special for a friend.
Since then I decided to offer it as part of my shop. Now you can purchase a commission!
So how does the process work?
If you are wondering how this all works, then take a moment to read the following because I'll walk you through the process!
It's really helpful if you know the following before you purchase your commission…
Size of the canvas
Type of canvas flat or wrapped
Will there be writing or personal details
Colors you want
Progress pictures of commission
Once you approve the final piece I'll ship it out to you.
After The Purchase….
Once you hit submit and I'll contact you via email. I will be asking you about what you envision. I might ask you about the style you'll looking for. Some people prefer a looser style or a tighter style closer. I'll ask you about the color palette that you would like. Once we discuss your vision I'll ask you to send me a copy of the ultrasound. If you don't have a very clear ultrasound you'll need to send me a few different pictures so I can have multiple angles.

It will be my honor to be able to capture such a special moment in time for you and your family. Your item will be created in acrylic painted on canvas. Once you make your purchase I will be in touch with you to go over the details of how we will personalize your keepsake!
You may wish to have special details included such as baby name, birthday, a special saying, etc. Although I am able to include these please understand that I can only add a few of these depending on the size of your canvas and of the baby. I will be sending you progress pictures and check-in with you throughout the entire process to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order.
Once you give your final approval then I will ship the item to you!
Refund Policy for Personalized Ultrasound Keepsake:
You may request a full or partial refund before the item has shipped. You may not take any of my sketches or progress pictures to another artist to complete the painting or start a new painting, as this is a copyright violation.
Once your painting has been approved and it has shipped you cannot cancel your order. If you are unsatisfied once you receive the order please contact me within 24 hrs of receiving your order. IF you need to ship the item back to me then you will be responsible for any shipping charges. IF your painting needs to be shipped back to me you may request a partial refund for the item itself which does not include any shipping paid originally. Since this is a personalized item and I will be providing you with multiple progress pictures I cannot offer a full refund once the item has been approved and shipped to you.
